Tidebound Drakes are an ancient lineage of mermaid dragons, born where moonlight kisses the ocean's deepest currents. Their shimmering tails ripple like liquid starlight, adorned with the magic of each realm they guard. Some command crashing tempests, others glide silently through frozen waters or drift like lanterns in the abyss, guiding lost souls—or luring them deeper.
Legends say the Tidebound Drakes were chosen by the ocean to guard its most sacred treasures: hidden realms, ancient songs, and the balance between calm tides and raging storms. When they gather, the sea itself responds—waves rise in reverence, winds hush to listen, and the horizon glows with quiet magic.

The inspiration behind Tidebound Drakes is the magical blend of the spirits, auras, and beauty of mermaids and dragons. There are 13 Tidebound Drakes, each encapsulating the magic and secrets of the hidden realm it was born in.
I have been inspired to pick up my paintbrush after over a year of honing my digital art skills. I really want people to physically feel the presence of these legendary creatures through the canvas when they receive them.
This collection will feature 13 original 5x7 paintings of each drake, as well as digital prints for those who don't get to snag the originals or prefer to collect digital art. There will not be prints of the paintings, I want them to retain their magic for those who choose to take one for their home.
